Hi, I'm Daniel Golan — a music producer, sound designer, and audio plugin developer creating under the name Mime Time, with over 20 years exploring the intersection of music, technology, and creativity.
I compose music, design custom sounds, build virtual instruments, and develop audio plugins — from rich, analog-inspired textures and old-school psytrance to modern production tools made to inspire other producers.
By day I'm a Senior Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps professional running large-scale cloud platforms. That blend of artistic vision and engineering rigor is what lets me build tools and sonic experiences that are both inspiring and genuinely practical.
When I'm not working with cloud tech, you'll find me in the studio experimenting with synthesis, sound design, and DSP — pushing what's possible through technology and sound. My music is available on all major streaming platforms.
